1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the xp786 Platform, you are required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. xp786 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from your failure to provide accurate registration information.

• One Account Policy: Each user is permitted to hold only one active xp786 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. xp786 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Identity Verification (KYC): xp786 may require you to submit identity verification documents (including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC) prior to processing withdrawals or in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting xp786 customer support. xp786 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion where these Terms have been breached.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the xp786 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xp786 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved payment channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability. Permitted payment methods may change at xp786's discretion.

• Deposits are credited to your xp786 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. xp786 accepts no responsibility for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• xp786 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Verification must be completed before funds are released.
